Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your Crüet Bottle must meet the following criteria:

  • It should be unused, without visible scratches, scuffs, or wear and tear.
  • It should be in its original packaging.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package to facilitate the return process. Include a copy of the original purchase receipt or order confirmation inside the package.

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in the following cases:
